Chapter 6: Sophisticated

Sophisticated is the title chosen as the name of Gabby’s 6th catalog chapter, and it  describes our new home furnishings perfectly.

At the 2012 Fall High Point Market, Gabby introduced dozens of new home furnishings. The new products feature unique finishes, inspiring details, captivating combinations of materials, and transitional styling.

Metals highlighted Gabby’s new products. From materials to finishes, our new home furnishings captivate spaces with glimmering hues and stylish designs.

A glamorous Antique Gold Finish adorns everything in the new line from chandeliers to occasional tables.

 

Virginia Chandelier, gold finished iron interlocking circles stunning chandelier

 Interlocking iron circles finished in antique gold, surround the six bulbs of the Virginia Chandelier.

 

 An homage to mid-century modern style, the Foster Side Table pairs its antique gold finish with a sleek interlocking oval pattern and an antique mirror top.

 

Corrine Lamp, alabaster sphere with gold accents

Chic and sophisticated, the Corrine Lamp combines alabaster stone and a linen shade with hints of gold creating an alluring accent piece.

 

Gloria Table, hourglass shaped gold grooved occasional table side table

 Mixing both antique gold and silverleafed finishes, the Gloria Tables is the perfect side table with its grooved hour glass shape and shimmering finishes.

Silver touches add a stylized sophistication to Gabby’s new home furnishings with antique silver and silver leafed finishes shimmering into the line.

 

A silver leafed frame and eglomise mirror emphasize the unique geometric design of the deco inspired Ethan Mirror.

 

Shimmering silver and black rods hang from a modern chrome ring to create the unique shad of the Susan Chandelier.

Aged and Antique Brass completed the metallic finishes with a versatile and stylish hue.

 

 The Joyce Side Chair is sleek and unique with antique brass finished metal and curved mid-century modern design.

Antique mirror and an aged brass finish enhance the vintage style of The Kendall Side Table.

 Sandy Footstool, comfortable ottoman in herringbone linen

Antique Brass nailheads form a beautiful geometric pattern on the Sandy Footstool’s herringbone linen.

Using fabrics in sophisticated and unexpected ways is one of Gabby’s signature design elements, and fabrics cover many new furnishings in the line.

 

Taryn Bench

The contrast of the herringbone linen and natural burlap adds a wonderfully eclectic styling to the Taryn Bench. The top cushion is reversible to create a different look.

 

 

Making a stylish statement, the Elain Leather Ottoman combines a textured black iron  base with camel colored grain leather. The drum shaped base features an open diamond pattern which matches the segmented pattern of the tufted center on the ottoman’s top.
